Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, contractors, the public, and Garver staff.
• Prepare daily reports of construction activities, weather, personnel, materials, and equipment on site.
• Measure, calculate, and report quantities of work performed to produce progressive pay estimates.
• Perform construction materials testing to verify contract compliance.
• Assure quality of contractor work meets contract requirements and review discrepancies.
