Garver, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector to lead inspection and observation of roadway and bridge construction projects. You will mentor other inspectors and coordinate staff across multiple projects in aviation, water, wastewater, and utility sectors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and hands-on field work with reporting, data interpretation, and on-site problem solving. Overnight travel is required.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in construction inspections and materials testing.
• Experience overseeing roadway, bridge, airports, water/sewer, and utility construction projects.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of inspectors on construction projects.
• Provide construction oversight for clients and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare daily reports on activities, weather, personnel, materials and equipment.
• Measure and report quantities of work performed for progressive pay estimates.
• Oversee multiple projects with tight deadlines.
