H&H is seeking a Construction Inspector for our Greater New Orleans, LA office. The role involves reading plans, applying engineering principles to field quantities, and documenting work through daily reports.

The candidate should hold a DOTD Structural certification (PCCP/Embankment) and have two years of roadway or bridge rehab experience, with strong communication and field equipment skills. We offer a professional environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications and any special requirements.
• Apply mathematical formulas and engineering principles to calculate quantities and determine payments.
• Prepare clear Daily Inspection Reports documenting work performed, resources used, and quantities.
• Operate field inspection equipment and support project Quality Control activities.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
