You will interpret plans, maintain records, identify contract changes, and travel to project sites. 1+ years of relevant experience, strong initiative, and a clean driving record are preferred; flexible schedule and generous benefits included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction practices and equipment, especially earthwork, utilities, and roadways.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant inspection experience preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, observe, and ensure projects meet contract plans and specs.
• Interpret plans and specifications to contractors and clients.
• Prepare and maintain inspection records and reports.
• Identify contract changes and assist in change orders.
• Travel to project sites as required.
