Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC in Midland, TX is seeking a Field Construction Coordinator (Associate to Senior). The role coordinates contract crews for safe, timely electric distribution construction and maintenance, interfacing with multiple stakeholders to ensure staffing, permits, and documentation meet SLAs.

Candidates with 3+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior) of utility field experience are preferred. On-site work with up to 25% travel and relocation considerations may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate level: 3+ years utility/field experience.
• Senior level: 5+ years utility/field experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract resources for safe, timely construction & maintenance.
• Ensure staffing levels meet timelines and SLA terms.
• Update project status daily with accurate records.
• Complete Contractor Performance Evaluations and safety compliance.
