Job summary

Accenture is seeking a field coordination professional for its Infrastructure & Capital Projects team. You’ll support pole groundline inspection and restoration work, coordinate start meetings, provide technical specs, and ensure timely communication with contractors and site teams.

The role blends remote work with onsite collaboration at client sites or Accenture offices to move projects forward safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in field construction coordination or similar roles.
• Strong technical knowledge in pole and tower inspections, repairs, and restoration.

Responsibilities

• Complete job start meetings with Division Line Operations where pole groundline inspect and treat, wood pole restoration work, steel pole & tower inspection & repair, and aluminum bell base insulator replacement is performed.
• Coordinate job start meetings at each service center office and ensure contractor inspectors and field supervision personnel are included.
• Provide technical specifications, coordinate material ordering, and respond to any technical questions raised.
• Report hazard conditions.
• Perform quality assurance checks in the field for contractor installations of C-Trusses to Transmission and Distribution wood pole restoration of reject wood poles in each of the service areas.
• Flexible work location with a mix of remote, onsite at a client, or Accenture office; in-person time for collaboration is encouraged.
