Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Associate to support field operations, cost tracking, and project controls across multiple sites. You may travel to project locations and assist in safety, health, and procurement-related tasks.

Office or field site placement is determined near start date, with relocation as needed. Applicants should hold an ABET-accredited construction degree with a 3.0+ GPA, show strong analytics, and be comfortable working in a team.

Qualifications

• Must complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
• Must have a Construction degree from an ABET-accredited program in home country or the country of practice.
• Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• All applicants must have work authorization and will not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project controls activities including tracking cost and developing schedules.
• Develop spreadsheets and support field staff across various operations.
• Audit construction activities for safety and health compliance.
• Support procurement with logistics and subcontracts packaging.
• Contribute to progress tracking, cost evaluations, and turnover packages.
