Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience and/or training in construction management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and schedules.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.

• Plan and direct construction activities in the field.
• Manage profitability of homes and control costs.
• Train and develop construction personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Visit job sites for quality checks.
