Responsibilities

• Observe construction, document progress with field reports and meeting minutes.
• Manage RFIs and CORs, tracking status and providing timely responses.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, verify deficiencies and document corrective actions.
• Provide design support through site assessments and field investigations.
• Support project closeout activities including final inspections and punch lists.
