Job summary

Rogue Industrial Group seeks an experienced Compressor Operator to join our field team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting compressor stations, ensuring safe and efficient performance of CAT and Waukesha units across multiple sites.

Candidates should have at least 1 year with CAT 3516s–3600s, be comfortable working in the field, and possess a valid driver's license. This full-time position offers day and night shifts, 10–12 hour days, and a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with CAT 3516s–3600s compressors and Waukesha units.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting, engine diagnostics, and compressor operations.
• Comfortable working independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot compressor stations.
• Perform inspections and monitor 50 units across 10–12 stations.
• Lead minor repairs and drive safety and uptime.
