Job summary

Rogue Industrial Group (RIG) is seeking a full-time Compressor Operator to join the field team in New Mexico. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with CAT 3516s-3600s compressors and Waukesha units.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting, engine diagnostics, and compressor operations.
• Comfortable working independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on CAT 3516s-3600s and Waukesha compressors.
• Monitor and operate 10-12 stations with approximately 50 units.
• Lead compressor overhauls and component rebuilds under field conditions.
