Job summary

Rogue Industrial Group (RIG) is seeking experienced Compressor Operators in Texas. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot compressor stations, ensuring the safe operation of CAT and Waukesha units.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with compressors, perform field duties independently, and be comfortable with engine-specific software. Benefits include a company truck and comprehensive insurance plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with CAT 3516s-3600s compressors and Waukesha units.
• Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting, engine diagnostics, and compressor operations.
• Comfortable working independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on CAT 3516s-3600s and Waukesha compressors.
• Monitor and operate 10-12 stations with approximately 50 units at each station.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical failures on various compressor systems.
