Job summary

Rogue Industrial Group is seeking experienced Compressor Operators to join our field team. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CAT 3516s–3600s and Waukesha compressors across multiple stations in the Carlsbad/Jal/Pecos area.

Responsibilities include start/stop of compressors, inspections with diagnostic tools, and field overhauls under supervision. A valid license and DOT readiness are required, with benefits provided by the company.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience with CAT 3516s–3600s compressors and Waukesha units.
Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting, engine diagnostics, and compressor operations.
Comfortable working independently in field conditions.
Must start and stop compressors.
Must live within or near Carlsbad, Hobbs, Wink, Jal, Pecos, Monahans, or Kermit.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot compressor stations.
Lead compressor overhauls and component rebuilds under field conditions with minimal supervision.
Perform maintenance and repairs on CAT 3516s–3600s and Waukesha compressors.
Monitor and operate multiple stations with numerous units.
Conduct inspections and diagnose electrical and mechanical failures.
