Job summary

Seneca Companies, an OWL Services affiliated company, seeks a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day field testing and inspection activities for fueling systems, including tank monitors and leak-detection methods. You’ll coordinate a team of testers, set goals, manage timekeeping, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: Requires High school education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience including but not limited to field experience related to underground storage tank fueling systems.
• Licenses/Certifications: OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification upon hire or within 12 months; valid driver's license.
• Technical Abilities: Knowledge of electronic and petroleum equipment repair, testing, and MS Office.
• Autonomy/Direction: Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of field testers; supervise testers and manage staff goals and timesheets.
• Review field documentation and reporting for regulators and customers.
• Submit customer quotes or proposals and manage invoicing while maintaining superb customer service.
• Assist field personnel with compliance testing troubleshooting and ensure adherence to testing specifications.
• Oversee testers inventory and equipment tracking.
• Ensure site safety and environmental sustainability; escalate incidents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
