Qualifications

• Experience in outreach, community engagement, or field-based roles.
• Experience documenting issues and managing follow-ups in tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute door-to-door engagement and stakeholder outreach.
• Update and explain construction notifications, schedules, and restoration timelines.
• Maintain on-site presence to address questions and concerns.
• Document stakeholder feedback, concerns, and resolutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly field reports summarizing outreach activities.
