What you will enjoy doing

1. Develop and execute commissioning resource strategy, cost estimates, and schedules in support of proposals.
2. Review P&ID’s and control strategies for commissioning, start-up, and operation of process plants.
3. Develop project commissioning plans, sequencers, and books including procedures, guidelines, best practices, and checklists.
4. Coordinate field activities during pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up, including system handovers.
5. Verify mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and safety systems are complete.
6. Work with QA/QC to complete inspection test reports and checklists for system handover.
7. Lead troubleshooting efforts, interfacing with commissioning managers, construction, and engineering teams.
8. Commission and start-up equipment to ensure safe and stable process plant operations.
9. Develop and implement commissioning safety plans to prevent hazards.
10. Participate in Gate 7 Commissioning and Gate 7A Start-up reviews.
11. Collaborate with project managers and third parties to schedule resources.
12. Develop and implement scheduling tools for project communication.

What makes you great

1. Hold a 4-year B.S. Engineering degree.
2. Have at least 5 years of commissioning or operational experience in hydrogen solutions, air separation, carbon capture, gas processing, LNG, or similar large industrial plants.
3. Possess strong leadership, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
