This role involves conducting advanced testing and ensuring compliance with regulations while interacting with clients and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge across AC and DC power systems.
• Proficiency with SCADA and communication protocols.
• Experience in mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead field commissioning activities for Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Perform advanced functional and acceptance testing.
• Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation.

Skills

Expert-level knowledge of AC and DC power systems

Understanding of SCADA architectures and DAS platforms

Skilled in functional acceptance testing and use of advanced test equipment

Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings

Proven track record in large-scale Solar, BESS, and EVSE projects

Excellent documentation and reporting skills

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Comfortable working in fast-paced construction environments

Ability to travel extensively
