Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to lead installation, testing, and startup of advanced warehouse automation systems. You will work hands-on with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and conveyors, coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Travel up to 80% to customer sites is required; responsibility includes developing commissioning plans, validating system operation, and providing on-site and remote support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechatronics, or controls engineering.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and startup of automated systems.
• Travel up to 80% to customer sites (domestic and international).
• Proficiency with PLC-based control systems and industrial communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission automated material handling systems and conveyors.
• Perform system testing, validation, and debugging including I/O checks and performance testing.
• Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and commissioning reports.
• Review electrical schematics and project documentation for compliance with design requirements.
• Troubleshoot control systems and software integration during commissioning and startup.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation, project management, and client teams.
• Support training for client personnel on operation and maintenance.
