America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated Field Collections Representative to join our team. You will conduct field visits to customers, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain collection records while ensuring compliance.

This role offers a base compensation of $13.75 per hour plus monthly bonus eligibility up to $425, with additional benefits such as medical, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase plan and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collections or similar
• Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform field visits to customers for collections purposes

• Communicate effectively to address customer concerns and build rapport
• Document all interactions and update records
