Responsibilities

• Locate and notify customers with delinquent accounts to secure payment.
• Deliver merchandise to homes or businesses; load/unload trucks.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance, deliveries, and safety checks.
• Document correspondence and payment activities accurately.
• Repossession assistance with store manager approval when required.
