Job summary

Combustion and Control Solutions is seeking an experienced Code Welder to join our mechanical division, focusing on boiler and industrial work across the Southeast. The ideal candidate will have a strong welding background, willingness to travel 60%–70% with overnight trips, and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities include welding to spec, fabricating piping systems, pipe fitting, boiler work, and on-site mechanical projects while maintaining safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Code Welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and isometrics.
• Strong pipe welding and pipe fitting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality code welding in accordance with company and customer specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and install industrial piping systems.
• Perform pipe fitting, layout, measuring, beveling, and assembly.
• Assist with boiler retubes, tube sheet repairs, refractory repairs, and mechanical projects.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain quality workmanship and complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete daily documentation of work performed.
