Job summary

Atlas is seeking a CMT Technician to perform construction materials field testing under the guidance of the CMT leadership. You will travel to job sites around the Indianapolis metro area to conduct quality control tests, document observations, and assist with equipment setup while following safety and SOPs.

Responsibilities include relaying results to project teams, operating specialty equipment, and contributing to daily field and lab observations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Motivated and career-oriented with willingness to learn in construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction-related field tests as directed by CMT Manager and Supervisory Staff.
• Travel daily within the Indianapolis metro area, with occasional overnight/weekend work.
• Relay information to project managers/engineers and document observations.
• Transport equipment and test specimens, set up equipment, and assist field personnel.
