Siemens Healthineers seeks a Clinical Training Specialist in Kansas City to support VIS products and procedures by training physicians, nurses, and staff on use of our technology. This field-based role involves travel to local sites and on-site training, with a strong emphasis on safety and effective operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Clinical Background – IR/CT Technician, Operating Room Nurse or Surgical Technician preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge of IR suite, Operating Room Protocol and Sterile Technique.
• Experience in supporting vascular procedures highly regarded.
• Experience in supporting tissue ablation procedures highly regarded.
• Ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical with an ability/desire to solve problems.
• Team player.
• Ability to lift approx. 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person case coverage and ensure product availability.
• Train and educate physicians and hospital staff on VIS products.
• Provide first line product technical support and installation assistance.
• Collaborate with the VIS Medical Affairs Team and document interactions.
