Job summary

Boston Scientific Puerto Rico is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Peripheral Interventions. You will provide in-person clinical support, deliver procedural education, and act as a trusted educator to physicians and care teams, driving safe therapy adoption and optimal patient outcomes across Puerto Rico.

You will plan training, manage case schedules, stay current with literature, and collaborate with sales to grow the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 3+ years of clinical/medical device experience in OR.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience supporting vascular/cardiovascular or neurosurgical procedures in OR.
• Ability to absorb and disseminate technical knowledge to healthcare professionals.
• Comfort with clinical technologies, imaging systems and digital tools.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Proven time-management and scheduling abilities.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building.
• Self-starter and team player with leadership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical and clinical support for Peripheral Interventions procedures, ensuring safe device utilization and patient outcomes.
• Educate physicians, healthcare professionals and teams on patient selection, indications, and best practices.
• Plan and deliver physician training through training sessions, in-services and workshops.
• Coordinate case schedules to ensure effective territory coverage and build strong partnerships.
• Develop clinical/product knowledge and stay current with literature and portfolio offerings.
• Manage inventory, submit expense reports, and report product concerns per Quality System.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to provide clinical insights and support territory growth.
• Occasional participation in evening or weekend physician meetings may be required.
