Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or other relevant education.
• 3+ years clinical/medical device experience in OR/hospital.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Experience supporting vascular, cardiovascular, or neurosurgical procedures in the OR is valuable.
• Ability to absorb technical knowledge quickly and disseminate to healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable with clinical technologies, imaging systems and digital tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in scheduling and follow-ups.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.
• Self-starter with leadership qualities.
• Ability to set direction within the territory.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person technical and clinical support for Peripheral Interventions procedures, ensuring safe device use and patient outcomes.
• Educate physicians and healthcare teams on patient selection, indications, and best practices.
• Plan and deliver physician education through training, in-services, workshops, and presentations.
• Ensure effective territory coverage by coordinating case schedules and building partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive clinical/technical product knowledge and stay current with literature.
• Manage inventory, submit expense reports, and report product concerns per Quality System requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and leadership to provide clinical insights and support account strategies.
• Occasional evening/trade show or weekend physician meeting participation may be required.
