Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a field-based Interventional Cardiology clinical support specialist in the United States. You will provide end-to-end clinical support in cath labs, assisting physicians and staff during procedures while promoting therapy awareness across accounts.

You will design and execute territory plans, educate clinicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and therapy adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or performing interventional cardiology procedures, preferably with exposure to PCI and cath lab therapies.
• Strong clinical and technical acumen for diverse procedural scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of presentations and clinical education.
• Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and complete technical training.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person clinical case support in cath labs and hospitals before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for therapy adoption, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization across accounts.
• Maintain presence in key accounts to promote confidence and clinical excellence.
• Educate physicians, fellows, nurses, and staff through presentations and hands-on training.
• Engage clinical stakeholders to expand therapy awareness and opportunities for integration.
• Build trust-based relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, and clinical teams to support therapy growth.
• Meet with existing and prospective clients to understand needs and demonstrate product value.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales to align field efforts with regional goals.
• Analyze account performance and therapy trends to develop action plans.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory standards during case support and education.
• Provide on-call support for cases and urgent needs.
• Travel regularly to support customers and drive territory growth.
