Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Clinical Specialist to support Neuromodulation Pain and Target Drug Delivery Therapies in the Charleston, WV region. The role requires residing in the territory, traveling to multiple accounts, and a valid driver’s license. Occasional travel outside the territory is possible.

The candidate will provide clinical support during procedures, educate healthcare staff, troubleshoot devices, and maintain strong clinical partnerships to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• An Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents Medtronic in surgical procedures by ensuring equipment availability and providing technical support.
• Manages patients through clinical processes and educates them on product features and benefits.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, re-programmings, troubleshooting and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Responds to technical inquiries from customers, patients, and colleagues.
• Educates physicians, hospital staff and office personnel on products and therapies; conducts trainings and seminars.
