Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.
• Educating customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations across various formats and platforms (e.g., slides, manuals) to keep all customers updated on the latest product, therapy, and technology developments.
• Participating in case reviews and clinical observations by collaborating with physicians, hospital, and surgery center staff.
• Attending cases in hospital and surgery center operating rooms and performing patient follow-up to ensure success with implanted products.
• Meeting with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician groups at hospitals) through travel to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints, and demonstrating how our products can assist in achieving their goals.
• Utilizing company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources, educating them on neuromodulation and pain management, including participating in community awareness events to increase patient volume.
• Developing relationships with hospital and surgery center personnel to facilitate future sales by identifying key decision-makers.
• Responding to customer and patient needs by developing solutions or working with other teams (sales, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
• This is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory, collaborating daily with local team members.
• Performing tasks in a quality system environment, ensuring compliance with regulations.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales and/or clinical roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or related science field.
• Experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant, RN, Chiropractor Assistant, Radiologic Tech, or similar.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $95,000, plus variable incentives based on performance, along with benefits detailed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com. Compensation depends on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
