Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Co. seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant in Philadelphia to serve as a trusted clinical expert educating HCPs involved in care of patients receiving BMS hematology and oncology medicines.

The CNC builds professional relationships, delivers on-label education, and supports patient management across geography. This role requires frequent travel, collaboration with commercial teams, and ongoing clinical education for customers.

Qualifications

• Nurse Educator experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Current active Nursing License is required.
• OCN Certification is required.
• Clinical depth within Hematology, Oncology and Cell Therapy disease states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs to provide on-label clinical and product education for hematology and oncology products.
• Actively assess treatment and patient management landscapes by meeting with HCPs to understand needs and current processes.
• Deliver on-label educational speaker programs to HCPs in approved settings and provide in-services.
• Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
• Train internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Value Access & Payment) and participate in Medical Congress activities.
• Share clinical insights to support franchise strategy and adapt plans to meet customer needs.
