Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in the United States seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to educate HCPs in hematology and oncology within a defined geography. You will develop professional relationships, deliver on-label clinical education, and support patient management through end-to-end clinical exchanges.

Qualifications

• APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Current active Nursing License required.
• OCN Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education.
• Educate HCPs on on-label CNC resources and presentations; respond to questions with regulatory guidance.
• Provide on-label educational speaker programs and in-services for HCPs in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Offer product demonstrations and CAR T infusion support at sites starting new patients.
• Support clinical/disease area training for internal stakeholders (Commercial, Value Access & Payment).
• Participate in Medical Congress activities and share insights to support franchise strategy.
