Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to educate Health Care Professionals in hematology and oncology within a defined geography, primarily Washington, DC. The CNC will develop professional relationships, deliver on-label education, and support patient management through clinical expertise conducted in field-based settings.

The role requires 5+ years of hematology/oncology clinical experience, current nursing licensure, and willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
• Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharma preferred.
• Current active Nursing License.
• OCN Certification.
• Clinical depth within Hematology and Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-label educational programs to HCPs in approved settings.
• Provide in-services and education to healthcare professionals.
• Support infusion/clinical training for CAR T sites.
• Collaborate with commercial and internal teams for training.
• Present at Medical Congress activities.
• Share clinical insights to support franchise strategy.
