Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to educate HCPs in a defined geography within the hematology/oncology portfolio, delivering on-label clinical education and patient management support. This field-based role emphasizes building relationships with academic and community health care professionals through 1:1 and group sessions, presentations, and remote interactions.
The CNC will travel 50-75% of the time, wear multiple hats from clinical expert to program
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Clinical educator experience preferred.
- Current active Nursing License and OCN Certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs within assigned geography to provide on-label clinical and product education for BMS hematology and oncology products.
- Deliver on-label educational speaker programs to HCP customers in approved settings and provide infusion support for CAR T sites.
- Educate on unmet disease needs and current treatment landscape; respond to questions with compliant information.
- Actively monitor CNC dashboard and account data to adjust activities and plans; travel 50-75%.
