Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare seeks a Clinic Operations & RHC Compliance Lead who spends substantial time onsite at clinics across Oklahoma. You will bridge MSO leadership and clinic operations, standardize procedures, and champion patient experience from the front desk to the exam room.

Responsibilities include field visits, coordinating HR/payroll/billing/compliance, ensuring RHC certification and ongoing survey readiness, and training staff to a single, compliant standard while traveling 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare operations/MSO admin.
• Experience with Rural Health Clinics or FQHCs.
• Proficiency with Athena and Weave EMR/clinic comms systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit clinics on a regular rotation to observe front desk workflow and patient flow.
• Serve as on-site liaison for clinic managers to MSO after-hour needs and policy decisions.
• Coach staff in person and drive corrective actions through a standardized site-visit process.
• Standardize procedures across locations to ensure a consistent patient experience.
