The representative evaluates liability, exposure, subrogation potential and arrange for the disposition of claims through settlement or denial, including litigation. In this role, duties and responsibilities are to be carried out in the field and in person with a high level of frequency.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
College degree or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years of insurance claims experience required, with multi-line and/or field adjusting experience preferred. Trucking Litigation background is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $150,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
