Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated field claims professional in the Mesa, AZ area to manage the lifecycle of claims in the field under general supervision. You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims across multiple lines, with emphasis on property claims.

The role requires 3+ years of multi‑line P&C claims experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle investigations by phone, mail, and on‑site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or direct equivalent experience handling property and casualty claims.
• Minimum of 3 years handling multi‑line property and casualty claims with emphasis on property claims.
• Field claims handling experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Xactimate software preferred but not required.
