Progressive is seeking a claims professional to complete vehicle inspections, write estimates, and determine total loss evaluations while setting clear expectations and timelines.

You will negotiate repairs with body shops, document claim information, review supplement requests, and help ensure decisions align with standards and laws. The benefits package supports health, time off, and career growth in Minnesota.

Formación

• Minimum four years of relevant work experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Associate's degree plus three years relevant experience with one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Bachelor's degree plus one year appraisal/estimatics or insurance experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with Progressive driving standards.

Responsabilidades

• Complete vehicle inspections, write estimates and determine total loss evaluations with timelines.
• Negotiate repair process with body shops.
• Document claim information and ensure decisions follow standards and local laws.
• Evaluate claim payments and resolve claims without payments.
• Review supplement requests for validity.
