Zachry Group is seeking a Field Civil Engineer II responsible for ensuring construction compliance with engineering plans. This hands-on role requires strong technical skills, frequent travel, and collaboration with construction crews across the USA.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's in civil engineering with a minimum of 4 years experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and excellent communication skills. The position includes a comprehensive compensation package, including Per Diem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 4 years of Site Civil Engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification and working towards Professional Engineer licensure.
• Experience with grading and Earthwork site design.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and manage permits for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents using engineering software.
• Establish survey control and lay out secondary control points.
• Recommend new approaches to improve efficiency and services.
