Halcyon, the industry’s first dedicated adaptive security platform, seeks a Field Chief Information Security Officer to serve as a trusted security advisor to prospects, customers, and partners, bridging security leadership with go-to-market strategy.

This remote-native role focuses on enabling sales, leading executive security discussions, and driving risk-aware decisions at the board level, while not managing internal security ops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cybersecurity or technology leadership, with prior CISO or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security domains (cloud, identity, risk, compliance).
• Proven ability to communicate complex security topics to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Go-To-Market & Revenue Enablement: drive pipeline, support closures, and engage executives in late-stage cycles.
• Serve as the executive security voice in board discussions and strategic customer engagements.
• Lead security-focused meetings, reviews, and risk assessments with buyers and executives.
• Navigate complex buyer dynamics involving CISOs, CIOs, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights to influence GTM strategy, pricing, and positioning.
