Netrix Global is seeking a highly skilled Field Chief Technology Officer (fCTO) who will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in bridging business strategy with technology solutions, providing technical leadership, and influencing product and sales strategies.

How You Will Make An Impact

Customer Engagement & Advisory

1. Serve as the primary technology advisor for customers, partners, and prospects.
2. Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
3. Identify and address customer challenges, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.

Technical Strategy & Solution Development

1. Provide expert guidance on technology investments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
2. Shape the vision and roadmap for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
3. Shape the vision and roadmap for network infrastructure, network security, and datacenter infrastructure.
4. Influence the implementation of new services and solutions to meet evolving market demands.

Sales & Business Growth Support

1. Partner with sales teams to effectively communicate the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
2. Assist in deal qualification, solutions, and closing by providing technical credibility and expertise.
3. Engage in pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
4. Pitch Netrix capabilities to clients and propose business-aligned solutions.

Thought Leadership & Industry Influence

1. Act as a recognized leader in Network Infrastructure and datacenter infrastructure.
2. Act as a recognized leader in cybersecurity GRC.
3. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and partner engagements.
4. Develop thought leadership content such as white papers, blogs, and case studies.

Core Technical Skills

1. Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience.
2. Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST.
3. Understanding and practical implementation experience of CMMC, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, etc.
4. Modern Secure Network Infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience.
5. Modern Private and Hybrid Datacenter infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience.
6. Experience with WiFi, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Hypervisors, Storage Arrays, SAN.
7. Experience with network security technologies to achieve ZTNA, such as firewalls, network admission control solutions, SASE/SSE cloud-based security, and ZTNA.
8. Experience with network and security technology stacks from vendors like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local, and Nutanix.
9. CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Security, or Datacenter certification is highly preferred.
