Job Description: Quality Builders is looking for a Full Stack Developer/Product Manager/Data Engineer all-in-one (future CTO) with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us scale our early-stage GC-Tech (General Contracting technology) start-up across the US.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Dissect the renovation process to understand key data points for building a predictive model to estimate jobs instantaneously
• Design and develop a matching algorithm (similar to Uber) to pair clients with subcontractors based on cost and schedules
• Integrate with existing project management software (e.g., BuilderTrend)
• Assist other departments in using technology effectively
• Monitor web analytics and recommend actions aligned with company goals
• Participate in all software development lifecycle stages: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment
• Develop and maintain clean, efficient code for front-end and back-end
• Design user-friendly, responsive interfaces
• Develop secure, scalable APIs
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues
