Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Chemical Technician to troubleshoot and optimize chemical applications across 50–75 sites per month. This role blends office work with site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.

The candidate will perform titration, volum metrics, minor repairs, inventory management, and site surveys while maintaining safety compliance and driving efficiency for our clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Car Wash experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and basic computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 40% based on territory and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, expert solutions to all customers to ensure profitability and satisfaction with a clean vehicle.
• Titration of product as needed.
• Volumemetrics for product as needed.
• Minor chemical equipment/application repairs.
• Manage site chemical conversions and installations; keep customers informed of progress.
• Monitor levels and manage chemical inventory and replenishment orders at sites.
• Maintain service reports and site surveys.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate to sales management.
