Job summary

National Carwash Solutions is seeking a Chemical Technician to support customers across multiple sites, delivering expert solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The role covers 50–75 sites monthly with on-site and office duties in a dynamic, safety‑conscious environment.

You will perform site surveys, manage chemical inventory, train customers, and collaborate with sales to identify efficiency improvements and potential expansions. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
• Car Wash experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated high level of customer service and support.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert solutions to customers to keep their business profitable and customers satisfied.
• Conduct site chemical conversions and installations; inform customers of progress.
• Monitor chemical inventory and place replenishment orders at sites.
• Maintain accurate files and perform site surveys using templates.
• Support local accounts and provide on-site revenue program training.
• Conduct basic training in chemistry with site personnel and manage records.
• Analyze outputs and recommend technical updates to increase wash counts.
