Job summary

National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Chemical Technician to support a large mult-site customer base with expert chemical solutions and proactive issue resolution.

The role combines office and field work across 50–75 sites monthly, ensuring installations, inventory, and site reporting stay on track. You will perform product titrations, volumetrics, and minor repairs, while keeping customers informed of progress and opportunities for service expansion.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
• Car Wash experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge & aptitude.
• Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge of a computer.
• Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
• Ability to function with minimal supervision and work in a team environment.
• Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to support overnight travel up to 40% based on territory & customer needs.
• Clean driving record with limited violations and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, expert solutions to all customers to enable profitability and satisfaction.
• Titration of product as needed; Volumemetrics for product as needed; Minor chemical equipment repairs.
• Monitor and manage Chemical Inventory & replenishment at sites; conduct site surveys using templates.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and communicate with sales management.
• Conduct technical and chemistry training with location personnel; maintain records in SF, Portal and CTM.
• Analyze outputs to recommend technical updates for efficiency and wash counts at designated sites.
