ChampionX is seeking a Chemical Service Technician in Greeley, CO to provide routine service support, assist with new applications, and deliver technical assistance to customers. The role involves installing and maintaining chemical feed and process monitoring equipment, logging data, and traveling up to 10% within the district.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 21+ to operate a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
• Must be 21+ to operate a company vehicle.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.
• Associate’s Degree or Trade School Certification.
• 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
• Boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in district accounts.
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications.
• Provide technical support to customers and resolve pain points.
• Execute chemistry tests, log data, and maintain inventories.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment.
• Travel within territory up to 10%.
