Job summary

ChampionX seeks a Chemical Service Technician in Greeley, CO to support Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts and assist with new applications. You will provide technical support, run chemistry tests, and maintain inventories while traveling up to 10% of the time.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license; associate degree or trade school certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or trade school certification preferred.
• 2 years of technical service or field sales support experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in district accounts to execute customer system assurance plans.
• Assist with start-ups of new applications in existing and new accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers; identify and resolve pain points; escalate when required.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process monitoring equipment at customer sites.
