Job summary

Worley is seeking a Field Change Management professional to support construction and field engineering activities in complex industrial environments. You will coordinate end-to-end field changes, liaise with engineering, procurement and project controls, and ensure safety and contractual compliance throughout the process.

You will translate field realities into structured documentation, drive timely decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end field change management process from initial identification to closeout.
• Review field change requests for clarity, completeness and feasibility.
• Facilitate timely engagement between field teams, engineering, procurement and project controls.
• Track and maintain field change logs across project systems.
• Support constructability reviews and assess implications of proposed changes.
• Ensure changes comply with procedures, safety standards and contractual requirements.
• Prepare documentation and records for customer approval processes.
• Highlight potential risks early and propose practical solutions.
• Communicate status of field changes to leadership for informed decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and updating field processes.
