Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years in communications or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex ideas.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic communications consulting for partners within the Advice and Wealth Management (AWM) segment.
• Create and execute communications plans that support firm priorities and drive advisor practice growth.
• Develop, manage and implement communication plans to deliver key messages and optimize results.
• Write, edit and coordinate communications to advisors, field members and other audiences.
• Ensure compliance approvals are obtained as needed.
• Integrate communications plans with other initiatives by working with the broader team.
• Build relationships with leaders, partners and stakeholders to understand goals and needs.
