Job summary

BNY invites a Vice President, Client Success to join the Wealth Services Platform team in Lake Mary, FL. This role focuses on translating operations, regulatory, and technology changes into clear messaging for financial advisors and clients, combining strong writing with rigorous content development and project management.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in client communications, a Bachelors degree, and a background in B2B financial services communications, plus experience

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in client or business communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience writing for B2B audiences in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience producing release notes, user guides, FAQs, and video scripts.
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client-facing communications related to operational, regulatory, and technology updates.
• Write, edit, and manage content including client communications, release notes, user guides, and other materials.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and drive approvals.
• Lead communications planning and execution for multi-dependency initiatives.
• Own or support editorial calendars, content pipelines, and distribution processes.
• Use Seismic and email platforms to support content distribution.
• Help evolve AI usage to improve workflows and content quality.
• Track communication effectiveness and solicit stakeholder feedback.
