Job summary

MilSpec Talent is seeking a Field Sales Cell Therapy Specialist in Nashville, TN to own key oncology and cell therapy accounts across Tennessee and Alabama. This is a field-based, high-visibility role reporting to the Regional Sales Director.

Candidates should master complex science, build deep relationships with hematologists, oncologists, transplant teams, and program leaders, and navigate site onboarding, certification, and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in demanding sales, commercial, or leadership roles.
• Ability to learn complex scientific material quickly.
• Excellent relationship-building with sophisticated customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively in TN and AL.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Strategic Accounts across Tennessee and Alabama.
• Develop deep relationships with oncology and cell therapy programs.
• Build credibility with hematologists, oncologists, transplant teams and program leaders.
• Understand account dynamics, patient pathways, and operational challenges.
• Stay persistent with slow-moving accounts and develop long-term strategies.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the cell therapy pathway and science.
• Help accounts navigate onboarding, certification, and scheduling.
• Partner cross-functionally to remove access barriers.
