Barrier Compliance Svcs. LLC. is seeking a skilled Caulker to join our Nebraska team as a Commercial Construction Field Technician.

You will apply firestopping, sealants, waterproofing, air barriers, and expansion joints on active commercial projects, following specs and safety rules. Ideal candidates have hands-on caulking experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work independently or with a crew to deliver quality results on time.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with commercial caulking and sealant applications.
• Knowledge of joint preparation, backer rod installation, sealant tooling, and finishing techniques.
• Experience on active commercial construction sites.

Responsabilidades

• Install firestopping at wall joints, slab edges, and penetrations.
• Install joint sealants in interior and exterior applications.
• Install sheet and fluid applied waterproofing systems.
• Install sheet and fluid applied air barrier systems.
• Install interior and exterior expansion joint systems.
• Use caulking guns and basic hand tools.
• Follow project specifications and jobsite safety requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and correctly.
• Take direction from Foremen, General Foremen, and Superintendents.
• Perform other duties as needed.
